#3 Dear Jonathan, Sarah, Joshua and Christina,

Hope to clarify a couple terms for you. You know them. And practiced them on your parents and extended family. But I want you to know what those terms mean on the receiving end.

Cutting Off. It’s what secular society does. Ghosting. Canceled. When you do it, it is sudden ‘death’ to a family member. Uhm, emotional not physical.  Instantly you won’t talk to, call, see, hear, visit, write, send or receive gifts, have ‘the person’ in your home or on your property. It means removing all photos of the family member. Not ever speaking of them to each other. It’s done on direct orders from Pastor Star Scott. For as long as he pleases. No negotiation. For years. Forever?

Put Away. The physical act of removing a person from the family home. The person is not allowed to linger. Or come back (police will be called) uninvited. You ignore pleadings, tears, begging. You are silent, swift, ruthless. Remove the child or adult quickly. Could be midnight, minor child taken to a bus stop, or dropped off at another home, put in a motel, or put on the street with a backpack.Occasionally imprisonment in a basement or room in the house. Given some food. For weeks, months; if a refusal to obey-then out on the street. No phone, no money, no car, clothes on your back. Bye.

Only a pastor checks on you. All communication from you is through a pastor. No one in Calvary Temple Church will talk to you. Or help you. Utter disregard. If you have children, they are hidden. If a spouse, they can have you committed to a mental asylum, or blackmail an acknowlegement of guilt, or clean out a joint bank account. All accomplished under the direction of Pastor Star Scott, through associate pastors and deacons. You hardly stand a chance. 

But he looks so sharp. And drives nice cars. And smiles alot. And throws nice sports events. He is hunting for souls.

God has said in Malachi 2:16 (I love the book of Malachi) “For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one coverth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.”
