Letter to My Children (June 12, 2019)
Mothers Day 2019. It came and went thankfully, fast. I usually try not to attend church on that day. Too painful. Love to take long walks in parks to think and talk about old memories. This year was no exception. While cleaning up old stuff on the computer, I found this email. Your sister Gretel wrote a precious letter to encourage me for Mothers Day that year. As was her way, she included you four kids, because she knows you so well. Or did know you well. Eight years with no contact has changed you and us. We love you still. Miss you something awful. And hope that this year we will be together again.
