Letter to My Children (September 2, 2019)
Here are Jonathan and little Claire Harvey. They were home on a furlough from Africa, and we so enjoyed times they would hang out at our house. I recently had Claire and her husband, Michael, come hang out at the cottage. Along with Dr. Joe, Becky, and a very tall Noah! They are home again for the summer. We visited, and I filled them in on what I know of the changes in your lives. It was bittersweet. Coincidentally while talking to them, Candace’s mother-in-law Patty, called me. And so I introduced her via speakerphone to the Harvey's. Candace, we spoke of some of the funny stories you participated in at the old yellow farmhouse. Anyway, I love this picture and love you all.
